Returns: If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you, you have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The reasons could include:
Significantly different from the description given at our website
We will not be able to accept the return if product:
Is used/worn or altered
Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
Is returned without original packaging, original tags intact, and accessories
Serial Number is tampered.
Important: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Further, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us immediately and no more than 2 days of receiving the order, otherwise we have the right to decline and not entertain refund / return on such order.
Sale items: Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Products not refundable: For some products, the sale is a final sale, and we do not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health, hygiene and other reasons.
We do not accept return/exchange for the following items-
- Inner wear, Lingerie, Swimsuits
- Fragrances, Beauty products
- Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings
- Socks, Furniture & Pens
- Flowers and Edible products
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Our first priority is to replace the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. For payments received by us through cheque, bank transfer or as COD, we shall refund the money in form of cheque. For replacement of returns, we shall arrange to ship the new item as soon as we receive the previously shipped product at our office address.
